The Sutdent Union is above all your own interest group that safeguards the quality of your education at Uppsala University; housing, medical care and infrastructre questions in Uppsala Municipality and County; student financing question and other questions that the state makes decisions over that directly affect your economy. The Student Union works extensively with questions about discrimination, access to higher education and together with the County runs a project to stop the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

Every day the Student Union endeavours to give you the improved service and more benefits, as well as to reduce the risk that you are treated wrongly by the University.
